Shops or restaurants only publish offers when they have surplus food. Mark a shop as your favourite in the app and we’ll send you a notification when a new offer is published.
Once you have received confirmation that your order is ready you should go to the food shop and present your unique QR code for your order. Alternatively send the code to somebody else who can collect the order on your behalf.
Yes. The person collecting will need your order number or secret QR code that is sent to your phone when the order is confirmed.
All orders are for take away. Eating in may be possible but is at the shop’s discretion – please contact them and ask. You can find their contact details in the AAHI Eat app.
You will receive a confirmation once your order has been prepared by the shop. Please wait for this confirmation before collecting. You can also always see the actual status of your order in the app. To ensure you receive the ready notification please ensure notifications are turned on for the AAHI app.
